If you are travelling abroad you may need to be vaccinated. Please complete a travel risk assessment form & return it to the surgery at least 8 weeks prior to travel. The practice nurse will review the information provided & contact you to make an appointment if your vaccinations are not up to date.
Please note, if you are travelling to more than 2 countries you will need to visit a travel clinic for your vaccinations.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription which cost more than the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
